CENTELL LIMITED TERMS AND CONDITIONS These terms and conditions apply to the use of Centell Limited's
(the "Company") betterlifetoolkit.com website (the "Website"). Your use of the website signifies
your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions LICENCE TO USE THE WEBSITE The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
limited right to access, use and display the Website, and to print the results of your
toolkit profile for your personal and/or business use only, provided that you fully comply
with these terms and conditions. Any other use of the materials on the Website, or of the
results generated by your toolkit is strictly prohibited without the prior permission of
the Company. You shall not interfere or attempt to interfere with the operation of the
Website in any way, through any means including, but not limited to, spamming, hacking,
uploading computer viruses, logic bombs, or any means expressly prohibited by law and/or
by any provision of these terms and conditions. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These terms and conditions should be governed by English law. The sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be the appropriate English court. All contracts are treated as made in England, even though you may be based outside this jurisdiction. For your convenience, the Company's details are as follows: ADDRESS: EMAIL ADDRESS: betterlife@centell.org PRICE AND PAYMENT Prices displayed on the Website are the prices at which (subject to these terms and conditions) questionnaire(s) for your toolkit may be purchased. The Company reserves the right to alter its prices from time to time, and to update the Website accordingly. Payments must be made by credit card in accordance with the Company's online credit card order form. All transactions are carried out through a secure standard 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and credit card details. OWNERSHIP OR COPYRIGHT, TRADE MARKS AND MATERIALS ON THE WEBSITE Subject to the paragraph below, all copyright, trade marks, design rights or
other intellectual property rights in relation to the Website are, and will remain the absolute property
of the Company. By using the Website, you obtain no title, interest or other proprietary right in relation
to the Company's intellectual property. DISCLAIMERS Whilst the Company has taken all reasonable care to compile accurate
information, and to keep it up to date. The material on this Website is provided on an As Is basis
and the Company cannot guarantee the correctness, completeness or usefulness of information contained
on the Website. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY If the Company is liable to you the Company's total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the sum of 125% of the price payable by you in respect of the Questionnaire Toolkit. The Company shall not, in any event be liable for loss of profits; loss of contracts; loss of money; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; loss, damage to or corruption of data; or any indirect or consequential loss and such liability is excluded whether it is foreseeable, known, foreseen or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, the exclusions set out in this clause apply, whether such losses are direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise. YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW Subject to the provisions of this paragraph, you have a period of fourteen working days the opportunity to withdraw from your contract with the Company from the date your order for Questionnaire(s) is accepted by the Company (see Licence to use the Website paragraph above). If you cancel the contract pursuant to this paragraph, the Company agrees to refund to you in full all payments made by you for Questionnaire(s) used in respect of that contract. To cancel your contract, please send an email within the 14 day period to betterlife@centell.org with your order reference number. Your monies will be refunded to the credit card used for your purchase. YOUR CONDUCT You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Website or any Questionnaire any material:

The Company has not reviewed all of these third party websites and does not control and is not responsible for these websites or their content. If you want to be removed from the Company's mailing list please send an e mail to betterlife@centell.org and add the word REMOVE in the subject box and the address that you wish to be removed (if it is different to that which you send the e mail from).
