About the Toolkit
The toolkit is a set of Behavioural
Questionnaires designed to help you improve your work and
personal relationships. Being able to manage your behaviour is critical
to developing constructive relationships. To do this effectively
you need to have a clear understanding of what
makes you tick.
The questionnaire feedback is designed to
provide insights so you can make informed choices about your
behaviour.
- Feedback comes 3 different ways. Start
with your self-perception, then find out how you see others
(180 degree) and finally how others see you (360 degree).
- You receive Development Strategies
that can help you implement feedback into action straight away.
- You can complete the questionnaires
on-line and in your own time.
- Easily interpreted feedback - understood
by a wide range of people, don't need to be a specialist!
- You can use your personalised Toolkit to
track your progress over time.
