improve self-awareness by identifying the thoughts and feelings that produces
your positive behaviour versus less positive behaviour.
From the information provided you will find strategies
to use that can assist you to maintain a positive self in all situations.
In addition you can also learn to deal with the triggers that have the
potential take you into a downward less positive spiral.
Lack of confidence, poor self-esteem, poor performance,
lack of motivation etc. can be an outcome of not understanding the triggers
that draw you into a less positive state. Knowing what creates these different
states can therefore be an empowering process that will assist you to
know what you can do differently to remain positive so that you get the
most out of continuing to develop your intrapersonal and interpersonal
skills.
