Personal Branding Workshop

Two day highly participative workshop with a follow-up day giving you new skills to apply immediately.

This workshop draws upon Centell's successful behavioural model of motivation, leadership, thinking and action. Prior to the event you will be asked to complete Questionnaires and to state the learning outputs that you want to achieve and why. After the event, there will be a follow-up day to review and monitor progress.

What is your personal brand?
The first step is to put shape to what you currently see as your personal brand. You will be guided through a process that helps you identify six characteristics that define a personal brand. These cover the two main topics of how you present yourself and how you communicate your brand to others.

How effective is your brand?
You will have the opportunity to test the effectiveness of your current brand in this workshop by the way you tackle the various projects. These are designed to identify the skills, knowledge and attitudes that you employ when interacting with others. The aim is to help you identify what needs to change.

Are your relationships sound?
Developing constructive relationships is a central part of shaping and enhancing your personal brand. The feedback from the questionnaires coupled with feedback from participants on the workshop will provide a useful frame of reference on the impact your brand has on others. You will be exposed to a range of different behavioural styles and will be able to measure the effectiveness of your relationship skills.

Do you live your values?
A personal brand is built on a set of personal values. You will receive feedback on your current values from the questionnaire as well as from the way you present yourself in the various projects. It is important to live the values and this workshop will help you to identify the ones you will need to shape a new brand and how to make certain your behaviour is aligned with the values you have selected.

How aligned are your strengths?
The feedback from the Strengths questionnaire will demonstrate the set of strengths you perceive you currently have. This workshop will enable you to assess how you can make the best use of the strengths in shaping your new brand. In addition, the workshop will help you to identify additional strengths that you may need to work on to improve or ones that you need to acquire that enable you to effectively shape your new brand.

Having a compelling reason to change
This workshop process will enable you to confirm or establish your compelling reason for wanting to establish a new personal brand. This is an essential part of the process as it makes whatever changes you want to make much more likely to occur.
