Freedom to Act Workshop

We often become anesthetized to the effect our working environment has on our life. This workshop aims is to assist you to determine the degree to which you have control over your life. It will help you to identify who influences you to behave the way you do and if it is the way you really want to be seen. The feedback from the questionnaire will help you to focus on the areas of strength that you exercise in determining what you do in your working life.

It will also pinpoint other areas that could possibly be having an adverse impact that reduces the quality of your working life. If you have given control to others this workshop will help you to regain control for yourself.

The content of this workshop includes the following:

* What do we mean by Freedom to Act?
* Characteristics of the traditional organisation
* Identifying the degree you may be trapped
* What does "being in control" mean to you
* Exploring the Freedom to Act Model
* Examining the feedback from the questionnaire
* Considering the consequences of your control orientation
* Identifying the part your behavioural "Colours" plays
* Looking at your escape capabilities
* Reviewing the ten escape strategies
* Identifying the most appropriate strategies for you
* Using tools and techniques to practice escape strategies
* Developing your own constructive working culture
* Recognising those whose aim is to keep you under control
* Working out how to positively negate their strategies
* How to test the effectiveness of your escape strategies



Workshop Cost
The fee is $175 for this half day workshop and $50 for the evening workshop.

*Special fee for a participant who has already attended one or more of the half day workshops of $150
