Know Your Brand Workshop

It is now critical that we look very carefully at how we develop and project ourselves if we want to grow our value as a person. This workshop is designed to help you identify what you aim to project as your Brand, the assets that you have that support that Brand, and how the value of these could be seen by your customers.

You will receive feedback on your strengths and values that will enable you to test the degree these are aligned with your Brand. All of this should enable you to determine the changes that you may need to make to improve your Brand value.

The content of this workshop includes the following:

* Explore what constitutes a Personal Brand
* Obtain a clear picture of what you currently project as your Brand
* Assessing yourself against eight branding components
* Exploring the Capability Development Cycle tool
* Looking at Brand metaphors
* Using the Capability Review tool
* Receive your Strength and Values feedback
* Test your Values alignment
* Agree on your goals on which to build your Brand
* Develop a picture of your Brand assets in terms of Skill, Knowledge, and Mindset
* Determine the value of your Brand assets
* Define your future market using the Market Analysis tool
* Agree your Brand characteristics
* Develop your Brand strategy
* Work on a plan to develop your Brand



Workshop Cost
The fee is $175 for this half day workshop and $50 for the evening workshop.

*Special fee for participant who has already attended one or more of the half day workshops of $150
