Making Relationships Work Workshop

Most people recognise that there is so much to be gained from having constructive relationships that are soundly based on mutual trust. This workshop explores the ways that we often go about developing relationships and what we do that makes them work or fail. It examines how you attempt to influence others and the effect this can have on building constructive relationships.

You will gain insights into what you seek from relationships and the degree that this can be met by the way you are currently behaving.

* Exploring your relationship preferences
* How predicable is your behaviour
* Exploring how your 'Colours' influence your relationships
* Exploring lateral thinking to practice visual flexibility
* Looking at the degree of flexibility in your style
* Discussing the Influencing Style model
* Receiving feedback on your Influencing Style
* What this means for your relationships
* Using the Enabling Strategies
* Using the Enforcing Strategies
* How to get what you want from relationships
* Learning to start, maintain, grow or finish relationships
* The power of feedback to assist your relationships
* Developing a relationship building strategy



Workshop Cost
The fee is $175 for this half day workshop and $50 for the evening workshop.

*Special fee for participant who has already attended one or more of the half day workshops of $150
